Our 3 main concerns while creating the concept were:
– Design beautiful unique neighborhood where families and small communities would live in save and comfortable atmosphere
– Ideal placement of houses that allows saving current trees, and, at the same time, gives each house its own free space. In this case, we made a chess concept arrangement that gives the mass plan ability to save all current trees, to have a central court yard, and at the same time, to give each house its free space and multiple views.
– Houses have Modernized European architecture style. However, upon owner desire to have some tune with area around, we added some traditional elements such as inclined brick roofs and natural stone cladding. Houses have open floor design with all modern amenities that makes them more unique and functional. They have decorated with beams open porches with ample space for outdoor furniture in order to spend more quality time outdoor during summer.
