Description: Located on Electra Street (Zayed The First Street) in Abu Dhabi, Sama Tower is a landmark mixed-use high-rise that stood as the tallest building in the city at the time of its completion. The tower is strategically positioned within one of Abu Dhabi’s most established urban corridors, offering direct access to commercial, retail, and leisure destinations, including the World Trade Center and the Corniche waterfront.
The building comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, two mezzanine floors, and a vertically organized program that includes office spaces on the lower levels and residential units on the upper floors. Designed to ensure privacy and functional efficiency, separate lobbies and vertical circulation systems are provided for the residential and office components.
Sama Tower accommodates approximately 640 residential units, including studios and two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside dedicated office floors. A full recreational level featuring a health club and swimming pool, complemented by a rooftop cafeteria with panoramic city and sea views, enhances the living experience. Through its scale, programmatic integration, and prominent urban presence, Sama Tower contributes a defining silhouette to Abu Dhabi’s skyline and exemplifies contemporary high-rise mixed-use development.
