The Jumeirah Towers are located at the RNB area in Dubai Marina. Designed originally for residential use, the project consists of two towers with a common basement, ground floor and podium. Tower 1 comprises 49 floors, 2 mechanical floors and a roof deck. Tower 2 has 24 floors, a mechanical floor and a roof deck.

The towers provide ample parking spaces and recreational facilities for tenants, including gymnasiums, swimming pool, sauna, and garden. Plot area: 16,450 m2.
