SEBA Tower is a residential and commercial project located in Abu Dhabi. It consists of three basements, a ground floor with commercial premises, parking spaces on mezzanine floor and on 6 podium floors.

The tower has 12 office floors, 26 + 1 floors as typical residential floors, one service floor, a health club and swimming pool floor with sauna, spa, steam room, cold and normal swimming pools (785 m2), a roof deck, and 11 high-speed passenger lifts.
